Hey everyone, I thought I'd throw up a post real quick asking this question: would anyone be interested in a .NET component that allows interaction with Android? It's apparent that Android has limitless potential with development on the Android platform itself, but I noticed that development dealing with interfacing an Android device from the desktop seems kind of limited. To solve this problem, I was thinking about creating a very comprehensive yet easy-to-use .NET interface for Android. Before I started though, I wanted to see if anyone in the community is actually interested in something like this. Please reply with your thoughts.

Well it wouldn't be .NET development on the phone itself...it would be used to write programs that interface with the phone from a computer; if that's what you were asking.

Okay everyone, the project is really getting underway now and I'm realizing that some help would make things go a lot faster. So I'm looking for any .NET developers with exceptional experience who have some free time and are willing to help out. If you're interested, email me at cgatno@gmail.com or hit me up on GTalk(with that email).

P.S. I have another project in mind for after this one, but it's insider-only information :P
