so ive got a barebones incredible rom backup, and a barebones with JIT enabled rom..
but first, introducing, Team Awesome..
members include myself, Jake, Drod2169, and .... BIRDMAN!!!! yes, thats right, i bribed him with hookers, and lots of cocaine, and he finally caved.
all Jokes aside, this is the the new team i've assembled, and we hope to be putting out a few incredible roms, then moving on to Motorola's new summer lineup.
we will be busy getting our grubby paws on all the new devices coming out(well the cool ones anyways) and rooting, making roms, kernels, and well, just awesomeness.
Yes our team is really named TEAM AWESOME
i will be uploading Roms for the incredible tomorrow night, and as soon as we get em, we'll be packaging them with Jakes O/C kernel goodness.
for now, we'll leave this thread open for discussion.
if any of you need help getting root, and the recovery reflash tool working, bug me, and if im not busy at work, i'll assist.
for now, i need to go chug some rockstars(energy drinks) and get ready for a looong day at work. i pretty much work my nuts off at work, so after 6pm EST is the best time to get a hold of me..
Birdman is working on a deodexed 2.2 for me, along with some 2.1 goodies, in case the port is a bit harder than we anticipated.

BTW, is anyone interested in the JIT enabled rom? its nothing super special, runs about stock mflops, but is more stable on numbers, and speed.. thru quadrant i got 521 vs 480 stock.. but the fps is pretty impressive, stayed close to 40 fps the whole test..
anyways if you guys are interested, i'll upload it to the ftp

Team Awesome, So I've been following your posts here, and I used your work (especially boostdscoob and jake from my Droid) and it appears there is no one posting here. It's like a ghost town! lol.. So I have a proposal for you.. I have been posting at http://androidforums.com...-things-root-incredible/ this website as a whole for over a year or so and they are awesome! There's tons of people and tons of people who can provide feedback and test your guys' work! Or Come to of course the famous http://forum.xda-develop...m/forumdisplay.php?f=638 ? Basically what I'm saying is you can continue posting here your work, but maybe copy and paste the SAME post over at those two website's or just one of the two. You'll get more users using your work! I know I can't wait to see what's coming, escpecially Jake's kernels! But it's just a thought... If not, we'll still follow here, but I was just trying to get you a bigger user base. Alright, let me know what you think! Thanks, Andrew53517 p.s. Feel free to pm, if you don't want to reply in the open.

Well, my Droid died, and what I had planned to put out was nothing special, so we moved onto 2.2 from source. As of right now it loads up, but we're working out the bugs and should have a decent tester by Friday. Also, hopefully Jake has a o/c kernel to go with it

well, i got a good deal yesterday, and couldnt pass it up in anticipation of the droid x. i sold the incredible, and now, im just waiting to get my x. the incredible was a nice phone, but not a good dev phone. ive never been a fan of htc, so im going back to moto, and hoping the x is gonna be a bit more dev friendly.
2.2 loaded successfully, but nothing worked, and it was just too much work to get it going. we're moving on.
